After working with developer Sea Chain LLC on the overall redevelopment of the Hingham Shipyard in Hingham, MA, BSC is currently working with several additional developers on the various commercial and residential components of the project. BSC is working with Samuels & Associates on a mixed-use commercial development, and the Town of Hingham Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Conservation Commission recently approved a major modification to this portion of the Shipyard. Approvals were issued after approximately six months of hearings and modifications to the plans, and it is anticipated that construction will begin on this portion of the project in the next few months.
