Jason Lederer, a senior scientist in BSC Group’s environmental department, was recently recognized as Young Professional of the Year by the International Erosion Control Association (IECA). The award was presented at the 2011 IECA Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The International Erosion Control Association is the world’s oldest and largest association devoted to helping develop solutions to the problems caused by erosion and sediment. Jason serves as chairperson for the Northeast Chapter’s 2011 regional conference, which will be held in December, 2011 in Newton, MA.
Jason is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. He regularly assists BSC Group’s clients in a full range of ecological issues, including natural resource management, water resource science, and environmental permitting.
