Jeffrey Malloy,SSSSNE, Environmental Planner and Associate at BSC Group, gave a presentation to the Massachusetts Bar Association (MassBar) on Chapter 91 MassDEP wetlands and waterways regulations. In attendance were a group of real estate lawyers that work throughout eastern MA. The presentation was held at MassBar’s Real Estate Law Section Council Meeting on March 17 and included an overview of the wetlands and waterways program, licensing procedures and timelines, useful approaches to licensing, and a brief discussion on sea-level rise.
