After BSC’s Brian Yergatian and project architect EGA Architects presented a site plan to the Mashpee Plan Review Committee last week for a proposed assisted living facility, Northbridge Companies announced plans to begin construction on the project as early as spring of 2016. The site plan for the 70-unit facility in Mashpee includes 64 parking spaces and a sophisticated stormwater management system with rain gardens and chamber systems. In response to the committees request, BSC will also be designing a sidewalk along the property abutting Great Neck Road South to Donna’s Lane. Representatives from Mashpee Commons and the property owner, said that the plan fits into the entire “Commons master plan.” The Town’s Design Review Committee will review the application in January. BSC is looking forward to assisting with the next phase of the project.
