BSC’s Glastonbury office has won a contract to develop a park and recreational facility master plan for the City of Waterbury, which has 600 acres of parklands and recreational resources. The final report and master plan prepared by BSC will outline the City’s goals and needs, provide an inventory of each park and recreational facility, and will develop a 10-year capital improvement plan for these facilities.
