BSC Group is pleased to announce that Ella Duncan has joined our GIS Team as the newest full-time member of the department.
Ella previously interned with BSC’s ecological services group, where she supported fieldwork and environmental compliance monitoring under the guidance of senior staff. Her strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and dedication to environmental stewardship were evident throughout her internship.
Ella brings a valuable combination of ecological insight and technical capability, positioning her to make an immediate impact within GIS. She will contribute to the development of spatial solutions that support both internal teams and client needs, helping to advance BSC’s commitment to delivering innovative, data-driven work.
During her internship, Ella demonstrated a strong ability to take on challenging field conditions, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously expand her technical skills. She now brings that same momentum and focus into her new role as she continues her career at BSC.
