- Implementation has been a hallmark of our firm for over four decades and is due in large part to our planning capabilities and experience. Planning at BSC integrates the considerable skills of a diverse group of professionals including transportation, infrastructure and environmental planners, as well as ecologists and lawyers. A comprehensive planning approach seeks to identify key issues early in the process so as to anticipate likely permitting scenarios, physical impacts, and public reaction.

With careful attention to the realities of budgets, schedules, regulatory and engineering challenges, we support our clients in defining their goals and in ultimately realizing their objectives.   Our planning practice encompasses a variety of project types ranging from due diligence assignments, to managing complex permitting processes, to facilitating public involvement to identifying funding sources for project implementation support. Members of our team are registered and accredited in their respective practice areas to include AICP and LEED-AP as well as related physical design disciplines.
